Service protection with DJI Care RefreshDJI Care Refresh is a service protection for your drone that will provide you, for a small additional fee, with three replacements of damaged equipment over a two-year period, covering damage caused by, among other things, collisions or product contact with water. The damaged equipment will then be replaced with a new or equivalent new product. The Service Package can be activated once up to 48 hours after activation (first launch) of the drone or at a later date after sending verification video to DJI.
DJI Mavic 3 Pro CineFor the DJI Mavic 3 Pro Cine series drones, the cost of the first replacement under DJI Care Refresh is 1529 PLN. The cost of the second replacement is 1849 PLN. While the cost of the third replacement is 2169 PLN. The cost of the Flyaway service is 7299 PLN*. *For those reporting directly to the manufacturer, the exchange amount is subject to change depending on the current exchange rate.
How to activate DJI Care Refresh1. The code must be activated at: https://support.dji.com/care/active. It is also possible to assign DJI Care Refresh to your product after 48 hours of activation. To do this, you will need to send a verification video showing the status of your device to the manufacturer. Detailed information and a sample video are available at: https://repair.dji.com/en/djicare/customerupload.
When an accident occursThe procedure for dealing with an accident is trivial. All you need to do is report the crash and send the damaged equipment to DJI's warranty service - don't forget to annotate that you are using DJI Care Refresh. Once you've received a repair quote, you can choose whether you go for it or prefer to take advantage of a replacement through the Care Service. When you choose the second option, you only need to pay the appropriate fee - you will receive your replaced device as a priority, and if you are in the same region where you purchased DJI Care Refresh service, shipping will be paid for by the manufacturer!

Cases covered by DJI Care RefreshBy purchasing DJI Care Refresh, you protect your drone against, among other things, falls, drowning, collisions or accidents caused by interference with the drone's signal. DJI Care Refresh also covers accidents caused by the operator's fault.
